About Ridgetop

Ridgetop is a city in Davidson and Robertson counties in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The population was 2,155 at the 2020 census. About 20 miles north of downtown Nashville — its name comes from its ridge-top setting with views over the Nashville basin.
