Orlando metro, FL relocation guide
Moving to Bay Lake, FL
About Bay Lake
Bay Lake is a tiny Disney-controlled city of only a few dozen residents, fully inside the former Reedy Creek Improvement District (now the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District) southwest of Orlando. It is named for the lake east of the Magic Kingdom and holds all four Walt Disney World theme parks — plus one of the two water parks — within its city limits. There is effectively no residential market here; it matters as the legal home of the parks.
