About Carl
Carl is a town in Barrow County with 209 residents in the 2020 census, bordered on its west side by the city of Auburn. Incorporated by the Georgia General Assembly in 1908 under the name "Lawson," it was soon renamed "Carl" for the infant son of early settlers.
