About Locust Grove
Locust Grove is a city in southern Henry County, 35 miles southeast of Atlanta along I-75 (Exit 212, Bill Gardner Parkway), with 8,947 residents in the 2020 census (2025 estimate: 14,610). Named for a grove of locust trees near the original town site, it was incorporated by the Georgia General Assembly in 1893.
