About Sunny Side
Sunny Side is a census-designated place and former city in Spalding County, with 203 residents in the 2020 census. A post office called Sunny Side was established in 1871 (the name "commendatorily applied to this place"), the Georgia General Assembly incorporated it as a town in 1897, and it was disincorporated in 2023, reverting to a CDP.
