About Palos Verdes Estates

Palos Verdes Estates is a master-planned coastal city of about 13,300 people (2020 census) on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, designed by landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. and incorporated in 1939 (per Wikipedia, read September 24, 2026). The century-old Palos Verdes Homeowners Association's Art Jury still governs architectural quality, and 500+ acres of parkland are preserved.
