About Rossmoor
Rossmoor is an unincorporated census-designated place — Orange County's "Tree City" — of mid-century homes on large lots between Los Alamitos, Seal Beach and Long Beach. Developed in the late 1950s, it has kept its planned-community character: no commercial zoning to speak of, strong neighborhood identity, and the Rossmoor Community Services District providing local services. Its schools are among the county's best.
