About Barnegat Township

Barnegat Township is a waterfront township on Barnegat Bay in southern Ocean County, home to about 24,300 residents (2010 census). It blends bayfront neighborhoods and the Barnegat village center with Pine Barrens woods to the west, and it is one of the more affordable bay-access towns in the county.
