About Belleair Shore
Belleair Shore is one of Florida's smallest incorporated towns (2020 census population 73), incorporated in 1955 on the Sand Key barrier island. It occupies a thin strip entirely west of Gulf Boulevard, bounded by Belleair Beach to the north and east and Indian Rocks Beach to the south. There is no commercial district at all — the town is exclusively Gulf-front residential, with homes facing the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway behind.
