About Cold Spring
Cold Spring is a Hudson River village in the Town of Philipstown, about 55 miles north of Manhattan — a designated historic district of 19th-century Main Street storefronts (antiques, bookstores, galleries, cafes) sloping down to a riverfront park. Its West Point Foundry heritage, the Hudson Highlands trailheads at the village's north end, and a direct Hudson Line train make it Putnam County's best-known destination village.
