About Woodbridge
Woodbridge is an unincorporated census-designated place of about 4,000 (2020 census) on the northwest side of Lodi, along the Mokelumne River. Founded in 1852 by Jeremiah H. Woods and Alexander McQueen around a ferry (later Woods' Bridge) on the Stockton–Sacramento road, it is a California Historical Landmark town that sits in the heart of the Lodi wine region — home to Robert Mondavi's Woodbridge winery and the wintering grounds of thousands of sandhill cranes.
