Yosemite Lakes Park (CDP name: Yosemite Lakes; ~5,000 residents) is a large homeowners-association community in the Sierra foothills between Fresno and Yosemite, near Coarsegold. Developed by the Titan Group in the 1970s, it spans about 21 square miles at 900–2,200 feet elevation, with custom homes on 1-acre-plus lots tucked among oaks, pines, and boulders. It is a non-gated community run by the elected Yosemite Lakes Owners Association (YLOA). Amenities include an equestrian center, clubhouse, 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, hiking trails, a recreation area with lighted ball field, and three man-made lakes (Blue Heron Lake, Black Hawk Lake) — plus the Blue Heron restaurant, Fairway Café, a grocery store, and small shops.
