About Kāhala
Kāhala is Honolulu's most residential neighborhood — an unincorporated community within Urban Honolulu on the slopes below Diamond Head, famous for its estates, quiet streets and the landmark Kāhala Hotel & Resort. There is no commercial strip to speak of (the Kāhala Mall sits just outside); residents buy privacy, ocean views, and proximity to both Waikīkī and Hawaiʻi Kai. Housing is almost entirely high-end single-family homes at some of the island's highest prices.
