About Alvo
Alvo is a village in Cass County, Nebraska, with a population of about 115 (2020 Census: 115). Established around 1892 when the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad arrived — and named, by tradition, for the first white child born in the settlement — it is a tiny railroad village in the rolling country between Lincoln and Omaha (per Wikipedia, read September 24, 2026).
