Crescent is a small city of about 630 people (2020 Census: 628) in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, tucked against the Loess Hills just north of Council Bluffs. A quiet hillside community, it offers quick access to both Council Bluffs/Omaha and some of Iowa's best Loess Hills hiking (per Wikipedia, read September 24, 2026).
