About Magnolia
Magnolia is a tiny city of about 190 people (2020 Census: 193) in central Harrison County that carries big history: it was the original county seat of Harrison County, with churches, a flour mill, woolen factory, and the county's first newspaper when the town numbered just 300 souls in the 1860s–70s. Today it's a quiet rural community of a few streets in farm country, in the Logan-Magnolia school district (per citypopulation.de and genealogytrails.com, read September 24, 2026).
