Canby (2020 Census population ~18,200) sits in northern Clackamas County between the Willamette River to the north and the Molalla River to the south and west. Platted in 1870 and incorporated in 1893, it grew as a railroad and farming town and is now known for its nurseries, dahlia and flower farms, and an active historic downtown along OR-99E. Housing mixes older in-town neighborhoods with newer subdivisions, and the city hosts the annual Territorial Days celebration.
