About Cave Springs
Cave Springs is a city in south-central Benton County in the valley of Osage Creek, named for two caves with natural springs. Established March 8, 1910, it has become one of Arkansas's fastest-growing small cities: the population jumped 217.8% from 1,729 in 2010 to 5,495 in 2020 (estimated 6,701 in 2025) and it was named the 3rd highest average home values in Arkansas in June 2022.
