Gresham (2020 Census population ~114,000) is Oregon's fourth-largest city and the anchor of east Multnomah County, set between Portland and Mount Hood along I-84 and US-26. It has a genuine historic downtown on Main Street, the MAX Blue Line running its length, and Mt. Hood Community College. Housing spans older neighborhoods, mid-century suburbs, and newer developments, generally priced below Portland.
