Molalla (2020 Census population ~10,000) is a former timber town in southern Clackamas County, about 15 miles south of Oregon City along OR-213. It keeps a small-town, rodeo-country identity — home of the annual Molalla Buckeroo — with a historic Main Street, the 1856 Dibble House museum, and access to the Molalla River corridor. Housing is among the more affordable options in Clackamas County.
